SHIPPING

Customer name/email and shipping address MUST match.

JEWELLERY:

Turn around time (the time it takes to make and ship out your jewellery) varies from 2-5 business days depending on volume of orders. Orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail standard delivery (2-3 business days). International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked delivery (5-7 business days).
* Please note that we do not take any responsibility if packages are delayed or held at customs (for international orders). This is not in our control and we can not speed up the process.

  • SHIPPING - 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS

Standard shipping times can vary from 5-14 business days depending on the destination country as all of our packages ship separately from our international vendors. Please be patient your package is on the way! Note that we can not speed up delivery times so please also do not select next delivery/ express shipping options as they would not apply.

We are not liable for any extended wait time on your packages. If a package ships late or out of our estimated time frame we are not obligated to refund. Please keep this in mind as some packages take longer to ship than others.

-Our shipping varies depending on the processing time, current work load and your shipping address. After you place your order, it goes into the processing period which usually takes anywhere between 1-7 business days depending on item availability (does not include weekends). Once your order is done processing then it is ready for shipping (your location plays a big factor in shipping arrival).

Because we want to offer our customers qualitative products at the lowest price available, shipping can take some time.  As we work with different suppliers, most products aren't shipped together, so if you order multiple items they will likely arrive separately. Our items ship from Asia and the UK. Please note that additional customs fees may apply within European countries. Please check your national carrier's policy before ordering, we are not responsible for any possible fees.

Tracking may take a few days to update. Our shipping times listed at checkout are only an estimate. We are not responsible for any mail carrier delays or delays caused by your local post office. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders.

 

RETURNS

There are NO RETURNS as all jewellery pieces are made to order by hand specially for you! All clothing pieces are drop shipped directly from manufacturers so there will be no return address or return address will be incorrect.

 

Order Fulfilment & Third-Party Suppliers 

To process and fulfil some orders, we may share certain personal information — such as your name and delivery address — with third-party suppliers. These suppliers are responsible for shipping products directly to you and may be located outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area (EEA), including countries that may not have the same level of data protection laws.

We only share the minimum amount of information necessary to fulfil your order, and we do not authorise these suppliers to use your information for any other purpose.

International Data Transfers

Some of our suppliers are based in countries that are not subject to an adequacy decision by the UK Government or the European Commission. Where this is the case, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:

Limiting the data shared to only what is strictly necessary.

Ensuring suppliers agree to use your data solely for order fulfillment.
